Welcome Letter
Thank you for your interest in the Elk International Chapter of FMCA.
There are two requirements to becoming a member of this Chapter.
1) You must be a current member in good standing of an Elk lodge;
2) you must be a current member of the FMCA. In this website there is an
Application Form to become a member of Elk International.
Please fill it out completely including the information about your
lodge. Mail this form, with your check in the amount of $15.00 payable
to "Elk International" and a copy of both your Elk and FMCA membership
cards to: Elk International Chapter of FMCA, PMB 360476, 3590 Round
Bottom Road, Cincinnati, OH 45244-3026. Membership runs from January 1
to December 31 of each year.
Once you become a member, the yearly renewal dues are $10.00 a year.
Upon receipt of your Application Form, the Secretary will enter your
name on the rolls of the Chapter, mail you a "Welcome Letter," the
latest copy of our "Newsletter" and a copy of the current "Travel Guide
and Membership Directory."
The Travel Guide list's most Elk lodges who can accommodate RV's
overnight and the services they have to offer if any.
Many members use this Travel Guide as they travel throughout the
country.
At each FMCA International Convention (twice a year) the Chapter holds a
business meeting and a "Hospitality Hour" where members in attendance
can congregate and renew friendships, meet new acquaintances and have a
good time.
Liquid refreshments and food are served at this event which is included
in your annual dues. This is just a fun time.
