Welcome Letter
Thank you for your interest in the Elk International Chapter of FMCA.
There are two requirements to becoming a member of this Chapter.
1) You must be a current member in good standing of an Elk lodge;
2) you must be a current member of the FMCA. In this website there is an
Application Form to become a member of Elk International.
Please fill out completely, including the information about your
lodge. Mail this form, with your check in the amount of $15.00 payable
to ""Elk International Chapter of FMCA"" and a copy of your Elks Lodge and FMCA membership
cards to: Elk International Chapter of FMCA, PMB 303097, 3590 Round
Bottom Road, Cincinnati, OH 45244-3026. Membership runs from January 1
to December 31 of each year and is considered delinquent on February 28 and is suspended on March 31.
Once you become a member, the yearly renewal dues are $10.00 a year.
Upon receipt of your Application Form, the Secretary will enter your
name on the rolls of the Chapter, and mail you a ""Welcome Letter"," and a
copy of the current issue of the "Travel Guide and Membership Directory."
Your membership card will be on the back page of the "Travel Guide."
The "Travel Guide"lists all Elks Lodges in the United States and Canada, many of which have
RV parking facilities and/or additional services.
The "Travel Guide"is free to all current members.
The "Elk International Chapter Newsletter" is published three times during the year and may be read
and printed out from the website. Members with a current
e-mail address are sent a copy of the newsletter electronically.
At each FMCA International Convention (twice a year) the Chapter holds a
business meeting and a "Social Hour" where members in attendance
can congregate and renew friendships, meet new acquaintances and have a
good time.
Liquid refreshments and snacks are served at this event which is included
in your annual dues.
